      6.2.3. When you choose to avail of the Book a Mechanic Service through, we may collect the following data categories: Name, Contact Number, Address, Email Address, Car Model, Car Variant, Plate Number, Mileage, Service Type, Region, Dealer, Date and Time of Service, Password.

     6.2.4. When you choose to purchase parts online on, we may collect the following data categories: Registration Form: Name, Plate/Conduction Sticker, Vehicle Identification Number, Email Address, Password. Billing Information: Name, Company, Address, Contact Number. Inquiry: Name, Contact Number, Email Address, Parts Name, Parts Number, Model Name, Model Year, Vehicle Identification Number, Engine Number, and any information that you may disclose in your message Payment is made through an external online payment facility, thus any credit card or other payment information that you may disclose is subject to the payment facility’s privacy policy.

     6.2.5. When you choose to purchase certified pre-owned cars on we may collect the following data categories: Name, Occupation, Address, Email Address, Cellphone, Financing/Mortgage details, SSS or TIN. Where you log-in using your Facebook account, we will collect your public profile and your Email Address.

     6.2.6. When you choose to avail of any of our other online Services, we may collect any of the following data categories: Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Region, Province, Nearest Dealership, Vehicle of Interest, Date of Intended Purchase of Vehicle, Date of Intended Visit to Dealership, Chassis Number of your vehicle to deliver you those Services. Our other online Services include Service Campaigns, Book A Test Drive, Lead Ads, brochure and information requests, surveys and contests, site announcements, and special offers.

     6.3. Information Obtained From Third Parties.
     6.3.1. Advertising of the Company, and Nissan Products found at other non-Company sites may be serviced by the Company or Tetra Sales and Services, Inc.’s service providers, who may use cookies to collect information about your visits to said non-Company sites. The Company does not make an attempt to link this information to the identity of the User.

     6.3.2. Further, the Company may collect your personal data from third party websites which are not affiliated with or connected to the Company, whether directly or indirectly.
